An air conditioning installer lives on two things: the installation in spring and the service that comes back every year after. Between those two sits the law: the F-gas record per unit, with date, quantity and who did it.

TelMaar hangs everything on the unit. Every outdoor and indoor unit is an object at the customer with a QR sticker; a scan opens the history, the refrigerant record and the service contract. The engineer records hours, material and the measured values on the work order, and the customer signs on the screen.
