Ask a question in plain language, and see what stands out

Not everyone knows which screen holds the answer. The assistant lets you ask questions the way you would ask them: how much does that client still owe, what was my revenue in the second quarter, which invoices have been open longest.

Alongside that runs a check that needs no AI at all: possible duplicate purchase invoices, unusual amounts, invoices open for a long time without a reminder ever going out, and bank transactions that have been unmatched for months. That list works even when no AI key has been configured.

For a receipt or purchase invoice, the assistant reads the fields and proposes how to fill them in. A proposal, not an entry: nothing is saved until you press apply.
