About TelMaar

The story
TelMaar grew out of Mega Software, a Dutch software company that spent years building administration systems for trade, installation and maintenance businesses. The same picture kept coming back: the owner plans in a diary, the technician texts a photo of his job sheet, and on Friday evening someone sits at the kitchen table retyping everything into an accounting package.
On top of that came one thing no package solved. That technician speaks Polish, the planner Turkish, the owner Dutch. Everyone works in a system that knows only one language, so half the team doesn't really work in it at all. That is how TelMaar came about: one app from planning to invoice, in which every employee chooses their own language, while the customer simply receives a Dutch invoice.
We deliberately focus on installation and maintenance companies with two to fifteen employees: electricians, plumbers, heating engineers, painters, cleaning companies, small contractors. Not because others can't use it, but because we would rather serve one kind of business really well than everyone a little.
