Landscapers and gardeners

Seasonal work planned, maintenance rounds on time and an invoice after every round

A landscaper has two kinds of work: the construction, with a quote, a drawing and weeks of work, and the maintenance, with fixed rounds along the same gardens. The first asks for a project, the second for a contract that repeats itself.

TelMaar does both. The construction becomes a job with hours, material and extra work on the work order. The maintenance becomes a service contract with recurring visits that appear on the board by themselves. The crew sees their day on the phone, records hours and photos, and the invoice follows per round or per phase.

Does your crew work in Polish or Bulgarian? Everyone works in their own language; the quote, the work order and the invoice go to the customer in Dutch.

How a garden runs in TelMaar

  1. 1

    Design and quote

You create the quote in phases: groundwork, paving, planting. The customer accepts digitally and picks options.

  2. 2

    Construction in phases

Each phase is a job on the board with the crew. Hours, material and extra work go on the work order, with photos.

  3. 3

    Maintenance contract

After construction you record a contract with the rounds per season. They appear in the planning by themselves.

  4. 4

    Invoice per round

Every round ends with a work order that becomes the invoice. Reminders go out by themselves; the customer pays through the link.

  • Quote in phases

Groundwork, paving and planting as separate phases, each with its own price and schedule.

  • Maintenance rounds

Recurring visits per season from a contract, on the board well in time.

  • Material and plants

What you bring from the nursery is booked in through purchasing and off again on the job.

  • Photos of the work

Before and after construction, and per maintenance round, so the customer sees what was done.

  • Crew in their own language

Day, address and work order in the gardener's language; the customer reads Dutch.

  • Customer portal

The customer accepts the quote, sees the rounds and pays invoices themselves.

Frequently asked in this trade

Can I invoice a construction in phases?

Yes. Each phase is a job with its own work order and invoice, or you invoice an instalment with the quote and the rest at handover.

How do I plan maintenance rounds for the whole season?

Record a service contract with the visits per season. TelMaar puts them on the board and flags a visit well before the date.

Does the app work in a garden without coverage?

Yes. Hours, photos and signature are kept locally and sent as soon as the phone has a connection again.
