A planning board that thinks along about who is best for the job

Who do you send to a job? The engineer who is nearest, or the one with the right certificate, or the one who still has a gap today. Usually you weigh that up in your head, every morning again.

On the weekly planning board you drag jobs onto days and engineers, and the dispatch panel thinks along. It advises who is best suited to a job, weighed on travel time, workload, skill or certificate and availability, and it always tells you why. You do the assigning; the system decides nothing for you.

The engineer sees their own day on the phone, with a clear marker on whatever is new to them. If you work with teams or regions, you divide the work along those lines, so that not everyone sees everything.
