Plumbers and installers

Leak, boiler or complete bathroom: one administration for all of it

A plumber mixes small urgent jobs with large projects. A leaking tap at nine, a two-week bathroom renovation alongside. The same applies to both: what you do not write down, you do not invoice.

TelMaar turns every job into its own file: the appointment, the engineer, the hours, the materials and the photos. On a big job you send stage invoices, on a small one you invoice the same day. All from the same app, on the phone or at the laptop.

And if your team comes from several countries: everyone works in their own language, the customer gets a neat Dutch invoice.

How a job runs for a plumber

  1. 1

    Appointment in the diary

From a phone call or a request from the customer portal you create a job with address and time slot. The engineer gets it on their phone.

  2. 2

    On site

Start hours, tick materials (fittings, pipework, a new tap), photos before and after. Extra work? Add it straight away.

  3. 3

    Signature

The customer signs the job sheet on the engineer's phone and has it in their inbox immediately.

  4. 4

    Invoice or stage

Small job: invoice from the job sheet. Large project: stage invoice based on the finished part. Both go straight into the accounts.

  • Urgent and project side by side

A leak in between pushes a planned job; the planning board shows immediately what that means for the rest of the day.

  • Stage invoices on big jobs

You invoice a bathroom in parts. TelMaar tracks what is already invoiced and what is still open.

  • Price agreements per customer

For a homeowners' association or a regular client you record an hourly rate and discounts. The job fills them in itself.

Frequently asked in this trade

Can I make a quote while standing at the customer's?

Yes. You make the quote on your phone, the customer gets it by email and can approve it with one click in the customer portal. After that it is a job.

How does a stage invoice work on a renovation?

You create a job for the whole project and invoice per finished part. TelMaar deducts earlier stages from the final invoice, so you never invoice twice.

My engineers speak Turkish and Arabic. Does that work?

Yes. Each picks their own language in the app. The job sheet the customer signs and the invoice they get are in Dutch or English.

Can I track boiler maintenance contracts?

Yes. Recurring maintenance schedules itself yearly and you see at a glance which customers are due.
