Contacts and leads
One file per client, from the first conversation to the last invoice
Client details get scattered: the number in your phone, the appointment in your email, the contract in a folder and the invoices in your bookkeeping. When someone calls, you search in three places at once.
In TelMaar every client and supplier has one file: contact persons, what was discussed, open tasks with a due date and an owner, current contracts with their term and notice period, and all the quotes and invoices that belong to them.
Before someone is a client they sit in the lead pipeline with an estimated value and a chance of winning, from first contact to won or lost. If it comes to nothing, the reason is recorded too.

Why one customer file is worth more than an address book
An address book knows where the customer lives. A file knows what you promised them, what they paid and what they called about last year. When that information is spread across the owner's email, the technician's phone and the invoicing program, every conversation starts with searching.
In TelMaar every relation has one file: contact details, work addresses, equipment, appointments, quotes, work orders, invoices and the messages that were sent. Whoever gets the customer on the line sees the same. The language in which the customer wants to be addressed is in there too.
How the sales pipeline helps you not leave work lying around
A lead is a job that still has to come in: someone who called for a quote, a request via the website, a tip from an existing customer. Without an overview you forget to follow up after two weeks, and by then the customer is with someone else.
The pipeline in TelMaar shows per stage what is open: new, quote sent, followed up, won or lost. You see how much is in the pipeline in total and which requests have been idle too long. When a lead is won, one click turns it into a customer with a job, without retyping any details.
Frequently asked questions about this feature
Can I see what was discussed with a client before?
Yes. The activity log sits with the relation, together with the appointments, quotes and invoices that belong to it.
Can I track leads before they become clients?
Yes. A lead moves through the sales pipeline and becomes a regular relation as soon as you make the first quote or invoice.
What happens to tasks nobody picks up?
A task always has an owner and a date. Anything past its date moves to the top instead of sinking out of sight.
