Why a quote and an invoice should come from the same document
In many companies you make the quote in Word, send it as a PDF and, on approval, retype everything into the invoicing program. Every time you retype, a mistake creeps in: a wrong VAT rate, a forgotten line, an old rate. And it costs time you would rather spend on the job.
In TelMaar the quote is the source. You build it from your own product list and rates, in your house style, and send it with one click. As soon as the customer approves, the same quote becomes the invoice, line by line, with the VAT rate that was already on it.
What happens after sending: approval, instalments and payment
The customer receives the quote by email with a button to approve digitally. That approval is recorded in TelMaar with date and name, and you get a notification. If you work with instalments, you create an advance invoice from the same quote and later the final invoice that visibly deducts the advance.
The invoice carries a payment link, so the customer can pay directly by iDEAL or card. If they do not pay on time, the reminder sequence takes over. That way the whole line from quote to money received runs through one system, without retyping anything anywhere.

Can I turn a quote into an invoice with one click?
Yes. As soon as your client agrees, the invoice takes over the lines, quantities and VAT from the quote. You retype nothing.
Does my invoice meet Dutch requirements?
Yes. The invoice number, date, VAT amount per rate, your Chamber of Commerce and VAT number and your client's details are added automatically.
Can I send an e-invoice in UBL?
Yes. That is the format government bodies and many larger clients ask for, and you send it from the same screen as a regular invoice.
