Can I switch notifications off?
Yes, per event and per user. The legally required messages around invoicing do stay on.
Does my customer get these notifications too?
No. Customers only receive the communication you deliberately send, through the portal or by email.
How quickly does a notification arrive?
Almost immediately. On-screen notifications appear on your next action and emails go out at once.
