Cleaning companies
Fixed rounds, changing crews, one invoice a month
A cleaning company runs on repetition: every Monday that office, every Thursday that school, and in between a move-out clean or an urgent job. The schedule is the product. Who is where, for how long, and whether it was done.
TelMaar schedules recurring rounds by itself, per location and per crew. Staff see their route on their phone and check out when a location is done. At the end of the month you create one collective invoice per customer for all visits, and that is booked immediately.
Cleaning teams are often multilingual. Each works in their own language in the app; the customer gets a Dutch or English invoice.
How a week runs at a cleaning company
- 1
Rounds are ready
The fixed locations are recurring jobs in the planning board, assigned to a crew. New week, same rhythm.
- 2
On the road
The cleaner sees their locations for the day, checks in on arrival and out on departure. Mileage is included.
- 3
Particulars
Something broken, something extra done? Photo and note on the job. The customer can see it in the portal.
- 4
Monthly invoice
One collective invoice per customer with all visits of the month. Fixed price or hourly, as agreed.
Recurring rounds
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly: TelMaar schedules it itself and you only adjust the exceptions.
Collective invoice per customer
All visits of a month on one invoice, with the agreed price per location.
Mileage included
The drive between locations you log in the same app. Useful for the cost price and for the tax office.
