Verandas and canopies
From quote to handover, with the customer signing on your screen
A veranda starts with a survey and a quote with options: glass, lighting, shading. Then come delivery, installation and handover. Every step has its own paperwork, and that paperwork gets lost between the van and the office.
TelMaar turns the quote into the job as soon as the customer accepts it digitally. The installation crew sees the day, the address and the material list on the phone, records hours and photos, and lets the customer sign on the screen at handover. The invoice follows from the work order, with the deposit already settled.
Does your crew work in Polish or Turkish? Everyone works in their own language; the quote, the work order and the invoice go to the customer in Dutch.
How a veranda runs in TelMaar
- 1
Survey and quote
You create the quote with options and a deposit. The customer accepts digitally in the portal; that counts as a signature.
- 2
Scheduled with the crew
The job is on the board with the installation crew, with address, drawing and material list from the warehouse.
- 3
Installation and handover
Hours, extra work and photos go on the work order. The customer walks the handover and signs on the screen.
- 4
Invoice with deposit
The work order becomes the final invoice; the deposit is already settled on it. Reminders go out by themselves.
Quote with options
Glass, lighting and shading as separate lines, so the customer chooses and the price is right.
Deposit settled
The deposit invoice and the final invoice belong together; nothing is charged twice.
Material from the warehouse
Profiles and panels come off your stock on the job, and the restock proposal keeps you supplied.
Photos at handover
Before and after, attached to the job, so a question later is answered right away.
Crew in their own language
Installation list and work order in the fitter's language, documents in Dutch.
Warranty and service
The object stays with the customer; a service visit years later finds the history.
Frequently asked in this trade
Can the customer pick an option on the quote?
Yes. Options are separate lines on the quote; the customer accepts what they want in the portal and the price follows.
How do I handle a deposit?
You create a deposit invoice with the quote. On the final invoice the amount paid is settled automatically.
Does the work order work without coverage in the garden?
Yes. The app keeps working without a connection and sends the work order with photos and signature as soon as there is coverage again.
