A floor starts with measuring: how many square metres, which underlay, how much cutting waste. Then come the quote, the order at the supplier, the laying day and the handover. Every step has a number that must match the previous one.

    The job is on the laying day with the crew; you order the material with a purchase order and book it in when it arrives.

    The crew records hours and metres laid on the work order, with photos. Extra work goes on right away. The customer signs on the screen.

    The work order becomes the invoice, with the extra work on it and the deposit settled. Reminders go out by themselves.

Yes. You put the price per m² as a line with the number of metres; underlay, skirting and cutting waste go in as separate lines or options.

How do I handle extra work on the laying day?

The layer adds the extra work as a line on the work order, with a photo. The customer sees it when signing and it is on the invoice immediately.

Can the customer accept the quote themselves?

Yes, in the customer portal. They enter their name, which counts as a digital signature, and the job is ready to schedule.
