Kitchen and bathroom fitting

Quote, fitting and handover without loose ends

Fitting a kitchen or bathroom is a project with many parties: the customer, sometimes a showroom, a plumber, an electrician and you as the fitter. Everything has to be in the right place on the right day, and afterwards it must be clear what was done extra.

TelMaar schedules the fitting days, tracks your fitters' hours and records extra work with a photo and a signature. The customer signs at handover on the phone and gets the invoice the same day. What is not on the job sheet, you cannot forget to invoice either.

Fitters work in their own language, the customer gets their paperwork in Dutch or English.

How a fitting runs

  1. 1

    Quote and schedule

The quote contains the fitting hours and the connection materials. After approval the fitting days are in the planning board.

  2. 2

    Fitting day

The fitters log their hours on the job. Missing part or extra connection? Add a line, add a photo.

  3. 3

    Handover

The customer walks along, checks and signs the job sheet on the phone. Any extra work is on it.

  4. 4

    Invoice

From the job sheet rolls the invoice with all hours, materials and extras. The customer pays via the payment link.

  • Extra work without discussion

What comes up during fitting, you record on the spot. The customer's signature is under it.

  • Several days, several fitters

A four-day bathroom with changing people: all hours come together on the same job.

  • Working with showroom or installer

An external party can watch the job as a user, or you book their invoice as a purchase on the project.

Frequently asked in this trade

Can I schedule several fitting days per job?

Yes. A job can run over several days; each day is on the planning board and all hours land on the same job.

How do I handle extra work the customer disputes afterwards?

By recording it at the moment itself: photo, description and signature on the job sheet. That is your proof on the invoice.

Can I split the invoice between customer and showroom?

Yes. You create two invoices from the same job, each with the lines that apply to that party.

Do my fitters work in their own language?

Yes. Each sets the app to their language. The job sheet and invoice for the customer are in Dutch or English.
