Can I schedule several engineers at once?
Yes. The planning board shows all your engineers side by side per day or week. You drag a job to the right person and they see it in their app immediately.
Does the job sheet work without signal, for instance in a basement meter cupboard?
The app keeps what you enter and sends it as soon as there is a connection again. Photos and hours are not lost.
My Polish engineer hardly speaks Dutch. Can he work with this?
Yes, he sets the app to Polish and sees everything in his own language. The job sheet and invoice the customer receives are simply in Dutch.
What about the VAT return?
Every invoice and every purchase receipt is booked immediately. The VAT return is ready per quarter; you check it and file it.
