Communication
A message at the right moment, in the client's language
A client's questions come at fixed moments: is my appointment confirmed, is the engineer on the way, when is that invoice due. A short message at that moment saves them a phone call and saves you an interruption.
You set up templates per moment: appointment confirmed, engineer on the way, a reminder. They go out in the client's language, only if they gave permission for it, and with a test mode so that you first see what would be sent before anything actually goes out.
Email already sends live today. SMS and WhatsApp are ready as templates and will start sending as soon as you connect a provider; until then they run in test mode. A reply from the client back into the system is not there yet.
