Reports and export
Figures you can use, and files your accountant asks for
Reports show revenue, receivables and costs for the company you are working in. If you have several, the group dashboard puts them side by side and consolidation converts different currencies into a single reporting currency.
You can export as CSV or PDF over the period you choose. The CSV follows the Dutch Excel convention with semicolons, a decimal comma and UTF-8 with BOM, so Excel opens the file correctly straight away instead of turning it into one long column.
For your accountant or an audit, TelMaar produces the XAF audit file: the standard format in which the complete ledger administration for a financial year is requested.
