Nine languages, one administration
You understand every button. Your bookkeeping follows the Dutch rules.
TelMaar exists in nine languages. Pick your own interface language, and we make sure everything underneath stays one hundred percent Dutch: VAT, invoices and bookkeeping by the book.

Your language
You click in your language. The Netherlands sees correct bookkeeping.
Choose Dutch, English, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Polish or Bulgarian as your interface language, and every button, field and notification appears in that language. What you create stays a proper Dutch invoice or quote: that language always follows your client, never your own setting.

Dutch technology and law
Under the hood, everything stays Dutch
Whichever language you pick in the interface, the rules never change with it.
VAT by the Belastingdienst
Rates, filing deadlines and VAT numbers exactly as the Dutch tax authority prescribes, in every interface language.
Invoice requirements by Dutch law
Every invoice carries your mandatory KVK number, VAT number and a sequential invoice number, as Dutch law requires.
Seven-year retention period
Invoices and records are kept for seven years, in line with the Dutch retention duty.
Dutch chart of accounts
Your bookkeeping follows the Dutch chart of accounts, even if you've never seen a Dutch accounting term.
How the separation works
Two languages, strictly separated
Your interface language and your client's document language never mix.
Interface
You work in your language
Menus, buttons and notifications appear in the language you choose. That never changes on its own.
Document
Your client receives Dutch
Invoices and quotes go out in Dutch, or in English if your client is abroad. Never in your interface language.

Which languages does the TelMaar interface support?
Choose from Dutch, English, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Polish or Bulgarian. Switch anytime from the menu in the top right.
Which language does my client receive the invoice in?
Always Dutch, or English if your client is abroad. The invoice language follows your client, never the language you work in.
Does my VAT return stay correct if I use a different interface language?
Yes. VAT rates, filing deadlines and the chart of accounts always follow the Dutch tax authority, regardless of your interface language.
