Bank and cash flow

Knowing what is coming in before it is in

Today's balance says little about next month. What you want to know is which invoices are still open, when they fall due and which bills are set against them.

Import your statement as MT940 or as CSV. For a CSV you indicate once which column means what, because no two banks do it the same way. After that TelMaar matches the transactions to your invoices and a matched invoice is marked as paid.

The cash flow screen lists expected income and expenditure based on what is genuinely outstanding. Every Monday morning that summary arrives by email, so you read it in the weeks you do not log in as well.

  • MT940 and CSV

The file from your own bank, even if the columns are named differently than your neighbour's.

  • Matching transactions

An incoming payment is linked to the right invoice and that invoice is marked as paid.

  • A forecast from your invoices

Expected income and expenditure, based on outstanding sales and purchase invoices.

  • The Monday email

The cash flow summary comes to you instead of you having to go and find it.
