A Moneybird alternative for companies with people on the road

Moneybird is a good bookkeeping package, and for many businesses it is enough. It gets tight once you have people on the road: a work order signed on the doorstep and a planning board are not on their feature list. Here is the comparison, with the source and the date we checked beside every cell.

What they charge

  • Moneybird Compact€3.00 per month
  • Moneybird Start€15.00 per month
  • Moneybird Groei€29.00 per month
  • Moneybird Compleet€41.00 per month

Sources and date checked

Every cell about another provider comes from their own public page, checked on 11 October 2026. If a feature is not listed there, we say exactly that, not that it is missing.

Where they are stronger

A comparison that only shows our own side does not help you choose. These are the points where we come out second.

  • Cheaper for a quiet administration. Their Compact plan is 3 euro a month and Start is 15 euro, so if you send a few invoices a month you are better off there.
  • A longer trial: they offer 60 days of unlimited testing.

What the choice comes down to

If you only do bookkeeping and invoicing, Moneybird is a sound choice and probably cheaper. If you plan work, have work orders signed, or your crew works in a different language than your client, you will need a second system alongside it, and that becomes the more expensive route.
