Comparing work order apps, and what they do to your bookkeeping
With a work order app you almost always arrive at the same question: where does the invoice come from, and who does the bookkeeping? Simple-Simon handles field work well and connects to another system for the books. e-Boekhouden.nl does the books and has no work order. Here is what that means, with sources.
What they charge
- Simple-Simon Simple-Simon€30.00 per user per month
- e-Boekhouden.nl Standaard + Factureren€24.00 per month
What TelMaar charges: Our current rates are on the pricing page, where they come from the same source as your invoice. Pricing

Sources and date checked
Every cell about another provider comes from their own public page, checked on 11 October 2026. If a feature is not listed there, we say exactly that, not that it is missing.
Where they are stronger
A comparison that only shows our own side does not help you choose. These are the points where we come out second.
- Simple-Simon specialises in field service and offers more there than we do, for example asset management and custom forms in your own house style.
- Their first year of integration is free, and they charge without a contract: scale up or down monthly.
What the choice comes down to
If you pay per person it adds up: Simple-Simon charges 30 euro per user per month, while TelMaar and e-Boekhouden.nl charge per administration. For a crew of five that difference decides it. And if you would rather not keep the bookkeeping in a second system, TelMaar keeps the work order, the invoice and the VAT together.
